Corporate Culture
Most of their time our consultants are working at our clients, but they can choose where they are based, including deciding to do office work from home. Direct exchange of ideas takes regularly place at the office in Ratingen, where we are always glad to see everyone.

Professional Development
TARGUS offers a flexible working environment for graduates of all disciplines. Study leave for doctorate or MBA is possible once employees have worked with the company for a certain period. You will be assisted by a mentor to develop at your own pace.

Fair Conditions
Your entry level and role are decided in co-operation with us. For consultants, compensation is largely performance driven. All consultants have a company car and other fringe benefits.

Personal Responsibility
Even as a junior consultant you will be responsible for the future of TARGUS. We will encourage you to take a leading role in developing the topics that interest you - and to learn how to shape our firm.

Double Entry Program
Many graduates don't know at the end of their studies where to start their professional career:  consultancy or industrial company. Together with different industrial companies TARGUS developed a Double Entry Program. This program offers for excellent graduates the possibility to get to know both worlds within two years. Participants both work one year as a consultant for TARGUS and one year for an industrial company - the sequence will be decided in advance. After two years every participant can choose between continuing as a consultant within TARGUS or working for the industrial company.
